This program is to assist seniors with transportation to medical appointments, chemotherapy, kidney dialysis, physical therapy, etc. You should call as soon as you get an appointment.

 

We can handle some last minute calls, but many times our drivers are already out for the day or have no room for other transports.

 

You must call us, do not give the driver your next appointment. They would not know if someone else was already booked.

 

Be ready at the time you are given for the driver to arrive.

 

If your doctor gives you a prescription, the driver can stop at the pharmacy but he cannot make multiple stops because he is probably scheduled for another appointment.

 

Donations can be made to the driver (placed in the donation box) or can be sent to the senior center.
